If Shamela Agent isn’t right for you, ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason.
How to ask
Email support@takhrijhadithlab.my with your order number or the email you bought with. The refund goes back to your original payment method; banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it.
After a refund
Your licence is cancelled. Please remove Shamela Agent from your computers.
After 7 days
Refunds aren’t available after 7 days, except where the law requires them. If a problem we can’t fix stops Shamela Agent from working on a supported computer, contact us anyway.
Not covered
Your Claude or ChatGPT plan is sold by Anthropic or OpenAI, not by us, so we can’t refund it.
Chargebacks
Please write to us before disputing a payment with your bank; we’ll usually sort it out faster.
